Or, you have been through the trauma of a hysterectomy, sexual abuse or assault, or even dealing with cancer treatment for female-specific cancers. Maybe, you're a woman who is having a difficult time during pregnancy, experiencing perinatal anxiety, or struggling to get pregnant. I Am Here to Help You Thrive

I focused on women's health because I get it. I understand the impact women's issues have on our mental and physical health. From my own experiences and from working with many women, I have seen firsthand how hard it can be when you are dealing with these issues. However, once these women gave online therapy for women a try, they found themselves in a place of true healing and thriving.

My hope is to use my therapeutic skills and real-life experience to help you get to the other side.

They gained realistic coping skills, a space to process their anger, grief, and loss, along with measurable goals that helped them achieve the progress they so desperately desired. These women no longer felt alone, unseen, or unheard. They now had an expert on complex chronic health issues and the impact on mental health who actually understands what you are going through.

My Approach to Online Therapy for Women

In therapy, I will work with you to help you move forward. Away from that place of feeling stuck in depression and anxiety to a place where you can start thriving. Even in the midst of grief and pain. You will walk away each week with new tools to place in your toolbox. For example, CBT skills and worksheets, mindfulness audios and meditations, and even breathing techniques. These skills will be helpful when we incorporate the processing of your experience with real-world tools and skills. This way you can move toward a place of healing.

My goal in working together is to help you manage women’s health issues in a healthy, realistic way that works for you.

For therapy, I use an integrative approach to a few evidence-based therapies and techniques. Such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance and Grounding Techniques, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma and PTSD.

No Two Journeys are the Same

Because no one person or therapy session is the same, I individualize my approach to fit each client. These therapies and techniques are not only evidence-based but are gold-standard treatments for medical trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, and perinatal and postpartum mental health issues. This way you can stop just surviving and start thriving.
